San Francisco
Given the challenge of identifying and leasing seven micro cell sites in the City of San Francisco, imperative that they be built within 3 months time. Successfully found leasable candidates at locations that fit within expedited zoning parameters. All seven sites where built and on air with a few days to spare.

Marin County
Given the task of finding a site within an impossible search ring that had been redesigned several times. The only candidate was a nationwide retail chain that had been approached numerous times and wanted nothing to do with installing a cell site on any of their properties. Successfully negotiated a master license agreement with landlord that opened up candidate possibilities to otherwise unleasable sites throughout California.

Northern California
Awarded a short-term scope of work managing the incoming collocation requests of a large carrier. The requests spanned Sonoma and Napa counties, the San Francisco Bay area and south to Monterrey. An average of 30 applications per month were processed.
